Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. ½ packet Half/Baked Oatmeal, Cinnamon

  2. 1 Tbsp. Raisins

  3. ½ cup Almond Milk¼ tsp. Cinnamon

  4. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract

  5. 2 Tbsp. Organic Half & Half

  6. ½ scoop Vanilla Protein

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Add ice and water as needed to desired consistency

Gingerbread Smoothie

I had a lot of funny making gingerbread cookies with my daughter this year. Inlight of her mermaid obsession there was even an attempted sculpting of a gingerbread mermaid (thanks to her daddy). It may have turned out slightly bodybuilder-ish in physique, but my daughter still recognized it as a mermaid. Well, I needed something gingerbread flavored that wasn’t an iced cookie that called to me a 1am. This smoothie hit the spot and kept me out of the cookie tin.

Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. ¼ sliced banana, frozen

  2. 4 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Pumpkin Spice Siggi’s Skyr

  3. 1 Tbsp Almond Butter

  4. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  5. ¼ tsp cinnamon

  6. 1 tsp chia seeds

  7. ⅛ tsp nutmeg

  8. ⅛ tsp cardamom

  9. Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Add ice and water as needed to desired consistency

  3. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and a dollop of yogurt

  1. ½ cup canned pure pumpkin, frozen in ice cube tray

  2. 4 oz. 2% plain Greek yogurt

  3. ½ cup water

  4. ¼ Ripe avocado

  5. 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  6. 1-2 tsp maple syrup

  7. ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
