    I love FAT… if you have spent anytime on my social media or here on my website you should know this by now… FAT is the cat’s meow! So when I label a recipe with “fat” in the name it is a POSITIVE. It should have you saying “Heck yeah! I want to try that nourishing recipe!”.     BAGELS are not usually synonymous with WEIGHT LOSS and I haven’t had a “real” bagel in YEARS! The gluten is a problem for me (bloating my belly and ruining my skin), but even if it weren’t for that, the average bagel carries about 48 grams of carbohydrates, and that is just for a plain one.  A normal blood sugar is about 4 grams of sugar so I don’t want to eat something 12 times my normal blood sugar!
