Guilt-Free Bagels
BAGELS are not usually synonymous with WEIGHT LOSS and I haven’t had a “real” bagel in YEARS! The gluten is a problem for me (bloating my belly and ruining my skin), but even if it weren’t for that, the average bagel carries about 48 grams of carbohydrates, and that is just for a plain one. A normal blood sugar is about 4 grams of sugar so I don’t want to eat something 12 times my normal blood sugar! Imagine how high the sugar content climbs with cinnamon raisin or chocolate
