This is the first of several targeted workout programs that Briana will be proudly rolling out in the coming weeks. Fire Starter was crafted by Briana from a combination of her own personal training regimen as a fitness model and helping clients prepare for TV and stage over the last 15 years.
This will give you a a firm but feminine shape from hips to calves.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
Those ready to put in the work and get real changes quickly. People healthy enough for weight lifting and running.
Gym access is nice, but not necessary on this program if you have two sets of dumbbells (lighter and heavier), a sturdy box/step/stool and resistance band or loop.
WHO IS THIS NOT FOR?
Lazy folks, sorry but can't just craft sexy legs by osmosis. Be ready to follow through. Also, anyone not healthy enough for physical activity, weight lifting or running.
WHAT FORMAT IS THIS DELIVERED IN?
Fire Started is an immediately downloadable pdf file which has embedded video demonstration links within the program if Briana thought a visual aid might be needed for that particular exercise. This is not a hard copy book. You can download to multiple devices if you want to reference it during your workout anywhere and click on the videos! You can also print the workout pages and create your own notebook.
