The wondrous winter flavors don’t need to come to an end just because December is almost through. Enjoy these tasty liquid masterpieces while staying on course for those New Years resolutions.

Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ½ packet Half/Baked Oatmeal, Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Raisins
  • ½ cup Almond MilkΒΌ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Organic Half & Half
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Protein
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add ice and water as needed to desired consistency

Gingerbread Smoothie

I had a lot of funny making gingerbread cookies with my daughter this year. Inlight of her mermaid obsession there was even an attempted sculpting of a gingerbread mermaid (thanks to her daddy). It may have turned out slightly bodybuilder-ish in physique, but my daughter still recognized it as a mermaid. Well, I needed something gingerbread flavored that wasn’t an iced cookie that called to me a 1am. This smoothie hit the spot and kept me out of the cookie tin.

Ingredients
  • ¼ sliced banana, frozen
  • 4 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Pumpkin Spice Siggi’s Skyr
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add ice and water as needed to desired consistency
  3. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and a dollop of yogurt

  • Β½ cup canned pure pumpkin, frozen in ice cube tray
  • 4 oz. 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ Ripe avocado
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth

  • ¼ Banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup Cherries, frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
