Right before Christmas, I got an email from a soldier who was about to deploy to Afghanistan. He asked if I thought F…The Diet Mens program could be implemented while he was serving overseas.
I was honest and told him I wasn’t sure what he would have access to for food and quality, but the program would at least teach him the proper daily structuring of his meals, how to address elevated cortisol from being in a HIGH stress environment 24/7 and what appropriate portions are among other helpful tidbits, backed by science and years of client successes.
