Ketones & Cognitive Function Study

Looking for participants for a new study testing the effects of ketone supplementation on cognitive (brain) function over a 90 -day period.

Participation will require the following:

4 on-site testing days at ASPI (in South Tampa, FL) – baseline testing then days 30, 60 and 90

Taking a ketone supplement as directed daily at home (powder form to be mixed with water and consumed twice per day)

Fill out a numeric scale based survey 3 times per week for the 90 days

Testing will include: 

  • Questionnaires on Mood & Immune Status (all time points)
  • Blood Pressure & Heart Rate (all times points)
  • Finger prick (All time points)
  • Cognitive function using eye-tracking software (all time points)
  • Body composition scan (Days 0 and 90)
  • Blood draw (all times points)
  • Track food consumption on M/W/F using the free MyFitnessPal App – participants will not be given a diet or asked to change their normal eating. But food intake sample must be recorded 3 days per week for the duration of the study
