100 Days of 100 Challenge

For the next 100 days I am extending the challenge of YOU completing 100 of each of the following exercises.

  1. 100 Plank shoulder taps

  2. 100 Crunches

  3. 100 Push Ups (any kind- wall, counter top leaning, standard, wide grip, close grip/tricep push ups, from your knees etc)

  4. 100 Mountain climbers (total)

  5. 100 Sum Squats

Take a photo in shorts or bathing suit on day one and day 100. Post your results with #100daysof100 @theBrianaMichel – best transformation will be featured!
