Virtual Nutrition Counseling
I have clients all over the US and internationally as well. You definitely don't need to be in Tampa for us to work together, you just have to be ready to communicate openly and consistently via phone, email and/or text. I offer 8, 12 and 16-week programs with the option for on-going support and accountability beyond the original program timeline. Must have email access.
