Virtual Nutrition Counseling
I have clients all over the US and internationally as well. You definitely don't need to be local for us to work together, you just have to be ready to communicate openly and consistently via phone, email and/or text. I offer customized 8-week coaching programs with the option for on-going support and accountability. We will review your current health and lifestyle and create realistic goals. From there we will create a nutrition and supplement (if needed) program best suited to address those needs. You will receive weekly educational emails and speak live with me for 30 minutes every 2 weeks. I will be available via email support between calls (24 hour or less response time). Must have email access.
8 week one-on-one coaching begins at $699.

1-60 minute consultation $175

A series of 3 calls (60 minute initial consult and 2- 30 minute follow up calls over a 60 day period). Prior to the initial phone call you will be asked to fill out some pertinent information so Briana can get a sense of what is going on with your health challenges, weight, lifestyle and goals. Calls will be recorded for your future reference and a summary guide will be sent to you with your customized suggestions within 48 hours after your call.
