Is this like Shakeology®, Isagenix®, Beachbody® or other MLM?

HECK NO! There are no mandatory supplements or shakes you need to use as a meal replacement. No pushy “leaders” trying to get you on their team. (Not knocking those brands, but that is not how our program is run). Briana does not promote or benefit from promoting any one particular line of products so there is NO multi-level marketing in this program. Briana teaches actionable, sustainable solutions to healthy eating and fat loss.

How will I be billed?

We DO NOT STORE your credit card information. Payments are processed through a secure third party. 

Will I need to eat 6 times a day?

NO WAY! Humans were not meant to eat every 2 hours and you will learn why. Instead we nourish you properly at your meals so you can go longer periods without fixating on food or storing fat at your next meal. We minimize food prep time and costs with appropriate portions and fewer feedings. And no you won’t feel like you are starving. Quite often people on F…The Diet feel full and satisfied and report how easy it is to eat less frequently.

Do I need to belong to a gym?

No. Not everyone loves weights like Briana does or can get to a gym with their home lives and schedules. The 60 day fitness portion is for at-home fitness and it is up to you if you execute that regimen. Fitness + Nutrition always equals better results than one of those components alone.

Can I still drink coffee?

HECK YES!!! Life has some great pleasures and to many of us coffee is one of those. We are going to “healthify” your current regimen if it needs an overhaul but you will most like fall in love with the new way.

(However, keep in mind, coffee is not recommend for people suffering from severe adrenal issues or those sensitive to caffeine)

I have a sweet tooth, will I be able to satisfy it and lose weight?

Have no fear my dear! YES you will still enjoy sweet treats, because you will learn to "healthify" fun recipes for your goals. You will be nourishing your body and naturally cutting your appetite through proper food choices and portions so you will crave fewer sweets overall.

Second we also start to fix your gut health so those nasty bad bugs aren’t begging for you to feed them sugar. When your body is getting nutrients you don’t scrounge for empty calories to fill the void.

There are definitely super delicious options for sweets and desserts that keep you on plan and not feed into the negative effects of too much sugar. We got you girl… we love our chocolate and bread too! This program isn’t about deprivation, but instead reinvention!

Are there pills I need to take?

NO. But any supplement suggestions Briana may make is for general good health and metabolic improvement and she always explains the functions and the WHY's behind her recommendations so you can decide for yourself what is the best course. These are supplements you can pick up locally and online and are not brand specific to the program.

Can I travel and dine out on this program and still see success?

YES! For the program to be sustainable you still need to be able to live your life. Learning the structure of how to make a fat loss promoting meal is key and can then be translated into traveling and dining out. Working on fixing gut health, nutrient deficiencies and digestion will aid in further success no matter your lifestyle. The program has an heavy emphasis on ongoing education.

Who should NOT do F...The Diet
  1. Anyone not ready to make lasting changes.
  2. Vegans and those with extremely restricted eating (the current program does use animal proteins for nourishment. It doesn't need to be red meat, but fish, eggs and sometimes certain types of dairy are encouraged)
  3. Those who have a condition where they cannot metabolize dietary fats, unless you are willing/able to add ox bile, lipase digestive enzymes and/or betaine HCl depending on the issue with your inability to breakdown fats efficiently. (If you’re under a doctor’s care, check in before making any changes.)
