8 Week Core Strengthening & Posture Program for TV

8 weeks (with starting and ending photo/testimonial shoots)

Looking for people who suffer from a weak core, poor posture, fatigue or aching lower back.  People who want to tone and tighten their midsection and improve their posture.

Men and women ages 25-48 are needed in the Tampa, FL area for an 8 week product trial program that will include nutrition, product usage and a core strengthening program to be done at home each day. 

PROGRAM BEGINS SATURDAY JANUARY 19TH – MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE

Ideal candidates are: 

  • Male or female
  • Between the ages of 25-48
  • Comfortable on-camera – there will be video interviews after the 8 week trial program)
  • Speaks English without a thick accent
  • Have weak and/or overweight mid-section
  • Willing and able to commit to an 8 week program that is health-centric
  • Tampa Bay area, Florida residents ONLY

DIRECTIONS for PHOTOS:

ATTIRE:

MEN in just athletic shorts
WOMEN in 2 pc bathing suit or shorts and sports bra.

POSES:

  1. Forward facing – hands down at your side normal relaxed posture – full body length
  2.  Side (profile) facing with arms down to your sides – casual/normal posture (do NOT suck in!)
  3. Face your BACK to the camera hands on hips, standing your regular stance
  4. Headshot – smiling

NOTE: Please take photos in GOOD LIGHTING – can be taken on your phone – they DO NOT need to be professional. MUST have been taken within the past 7 days of submission.
