- Ages 25-60
- Current physique ranges from 10-45 lbs overweight (if you are heavier than the cut off amount please visit my online nutrition programs)
- No cycling experience required
- An outgoing personality is a MUST
- Must be willing to track your progress via frequent home videos- GREAT PERSONALITY / OUTGOING!!!
- Willing to have professional before and after photos and video taken
NOTE: September 21 and November 16th are the two mandatory in-studio shoot days. If you are not available either date or will be traveling for more than 3 days during the 8-week program you do NOT qualify for participation.
